Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, a clear return policy is very important to take care of our customers? best interests.
At Cossy, with our 30 days unconditional return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Please understand that the return policy does not apply to the following due to the special nature of the cosmetics industry:
1. Intentional damage to the goods.
2. Goods are not returned within 30 days.
3. The goods have been used (including trial).
SHIPPING for returns
The return shipping costs (including mailing costs) have to be borne by the customer.
CREDIT for returns
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centres (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your account. You can use the credit for further purchases and deduct the amount from there.
