1. What does it mean by "Product Deal" or "Voucher Deal"?

Product Deal means that You are purchasing a real product which will be shipped and delivered to you. The associated shipping fees are attached with the number of quantities you purchased.

Voucher Deal means After you made payment, an online e-voucher will be sent to you if the deal is tipped. You can then print the e-voucher out and redeem at the allocated merchants.


2. Are the products genuine?

Yes, we source our products only from the original manufacturers/retailers. They are guaranteed to be of the best quality same as what you purchase in stores.


3. I have contacted you through "Contact Us" but haven't gotten any reply yet.

We are very sorry! Hope that we can have your understanding that there are dozens of enquiries from our thousands of users daily and it may take some time to get back to you. We will definitely check and give you a prompt reply asap.


4. I have made payment for the product, when will the items be shipped?

Under normal circumstances,you will receive the goods around 3 to 4 working days because normal mail delivery will take around 2 to 3 working days.Please kindly understand that your order may suffer from a slight delay in shipment when there are public holidays, major events or special logistics situation.


5. How do I make payment?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major Debit/Credit Cards E.g. Visa, MasterCard, Amex.


6. How does the shipping works?

By default, shipping within Singapore is done by SingPost local mail delivery and the charges are stated in the deal itself. According to Singpost, the delivery rate of normal mail is only 99% so there is a likelihood of 1% loss of products during delivery. If you wish to track your item and ensure safety of your delivery, there will be an additional $2.24 applicable for registered articles.

Note: We strongly encourage customers to register their parcel for an additional cost of S$ 2.24, as we will not be liable for any lost mail during the delivery process handled by SingPost. The Registered Article reference number will be forwarded to your account after the parcel has been mailed. We do not entertain any complaints with regards to lost mail if normal mail has been opted.
